CANCELLATION POLICY

**The 24-Hour Notice Policy** To ensure optimal service and availability for all my clients, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation/reschedule. If a cancellation/reschedule is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $45.00 will be charged to your account or added to your next appointment. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client. **Full Charge No-Show Policy** I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts my business and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services or it will be added onto your next appointment. I recommend that you contact me in advance if your plans change so I can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
